1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

4. Account Registration

Each player may maintain only one (1) registered account on ph638. The creation of duplicate accounts, or the use of another person's account, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. ph638 conducts Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. You must promptly update your account information in the event of any change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ph638 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your login details. You must notify ph638 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

ph638 supports the following payment methods for Philippine peso (PHP ₱) transactions: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit is ₱100. • All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ph638 content without express written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph638 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ph638 platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming funds, loss of data, technical failures, or service interruptions. ph638's total aggregate liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
